We're looking for a Commercial Business Partner to join our high-performing Commercial Finance team and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence commercial decisions and drive profitable growth.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own the financial performance of your portfolio, act as a trusted advisor to Heads of and General Managers, and work on high-impact initiatives across a fast-growing, customer-first business.

The Role You Could Play

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you'll own the commercial performance of your portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy, optimise business performance and deliver sustainable growth.

You will:

- Own the P&L; for your portfolio, identifying risks, opportunities and key commercial drivers to influence business performance
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders, providing commercial insight, financial modelling and strategic recommendations that shape business decisions
- Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives, business cases and transformation programs
- Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling that improves revenue, optimises margins and supports business growth
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, systems and commercial finance processes

What You Will Bring You're a commercially minded finance skilled who thrives on partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and turning complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, with CA/CPA qualification highly regarded
- 5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Management Accounting or FP&A; within a fast-paced environment




- Strong capability across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business case development and commercial performance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using Tableau, SQL, TM1/Planning Analytics, Snowflake or similar analytics tools highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and simplify complex financial information.
