About the role

We’re looking for reliable subcontractor cleaners to take on overnight commercial cleaning in hospitality venues across the Sunshine Coast, including Maroochydore, Birtinya, Kawana, Caloundra, Baringa (Aura), Beerwah and surrounding areas.

This is a subcontractor role. You’ll need an ABN and will quote for each site.

Pay

$47–$60 per hour equivalent, paid per clean.

You provide a quote for each site, and once agreed, that is the rate paid per clean.

Invoices are paid weekly. The hourly figure is only a guide — payment is based on the agreed clean, not time in office.

Quick details

- Cleaning access window is between 11:00pm and 5:30am
- You do not need to be on-site for the whole window
- Most sites take 2-3 hours for one person
- Individuals, teams of two or larger teams are welcome
- Ongoing work across hospitality venues/restaurants
- Chemicals and larger equipment are supplied on-site
- Basic equipment required, such as a vacuum, cloths and paper towel

Each site has a clearly defined scope based on what needs to be completed across the week.



The work is consistent week to week, with the same scope on the same days — no surprises.

You’ll know what needs to be done each visit, and you run the clean in your own way. The main thing is that the agreed scope is completed properly and to a high standard.

Most sites already have cleaning chemicals and larger equipment on-site, so you’re not needing to supply everything yourself.
