Based in Adelaide, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property claims from initial instruction through to settlement. Working closely with insurers, brokers, policyholders and service providers, you will investigate losses, determine coverage, assess damages and deliver fair, timely outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing commercial property claims throughout the full claim lifecycle




- Conducting site inspections and assessing property losses
- Investigating claim circumstances and determining policy coverage
- Preparing reports, recommendations and settlement strategies
- Building strong relationships with insurers, brokers, policyholders and service providers
- Negotiating and settling claims in line with client requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Experience in Loss Adjusting, Property Claims, Commercial Claims
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to investigate issues, analyse information and make sound decisions
- Robust organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Current driver's licence
- Australian/New Zealand work rights and ability to complete a police check

Desirable
- Experience managing commercial property claims
- Previous loss adjusting experience
- Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and claims practices
- Relevant industry qualifications or progression toward professional accreditation
- CILA membership or willingness to undertake further professional development
