We are now seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive the next phase of Vision's growth.

The Role A hands-on, predominantly outbound sales role. You'll own the direct sale of sponsorship, media and advertising across the Vision portfolio — prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing — and remain accountable for the revenue and the client relationship for the life of each partnership. Disciplined CRM management is a core part of the role, alongside revenue generation.

What You'll Do

- Own the end-to-end sale of sponsorship,



media and advertising rights across Vision's portfolio — from prospecting through to signed agreement and renewal.
- Build and convert a prospect pipeline, and grow existing client accounts ahead of expiry, against individual revenue targets.
- Keep the CRM current as the single source of truth, logging activity daily and reviewing pipeline and forecasts weekly.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials with the Commercial Sales and Graphic Design teams, and negotiate directly with clients and agencies.
- Own the client relationship through delivery, handing over confirmed deals to the Commercial Operations Coordinator and resolving commercial issues as they arise.
- Report on pipeline, delivery and forecasts weekly, and contribute to the team's sales rhythm.

What You'll Need - Required Skills and Experience

- B2B sales experience, with exposure to outbound selling.
- Confident in client-facing sales conversations and comfortable with the commercial detail behind them.
- Collaborative, with strong organisational discipline, accuracy and reliable follow-through across multiple concurrent clients and opportunities.
- Confident with CRM, spreadsheet and presentation software, with the discipline to keep records current as a matter of routine.
- Able to draft clear client-facing correspondence and provide accurate commercial input into agreements.
- Resilient and target-driven, with the judgement to prioritise revenue-generating activity.
- Available for occasional evenings and weekends around event and campaign schedules, and able to travel to venues and events as required.

Nice to Have - Preferred, but not required

- Relevant experience in media, advertising or sponsorship sales.
