Sovereign Valuations is a fast growing valuation firm specialising in the full service provision of valuations for a range of purposes including commercial mortgage, compulsory acquisition, litigation, family law, SMSF, accounting and financial reporting. We operate nationally, servicing both public and private sector clients.

The Role

Due to growing demand for our services, we have created a new Commercial Property Valuer role within our growing Brisbane office. In this role, you will conduct property valuations whilst receiving support from a collaborative team, allowing you to maintain a high level of output whilst deepening your expertise.

The Candidate The successful candidate will be:

- CPV qualified with the API
- QLD registration
- An excellent communicator




- Able to work within a cooperative team environment and also autonomously when required
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, in addition to reimbursing API/QLD registration membership fees and also contributing to the attainment of required annual CPD points.
