Due to continued growth, Coastal Transport Services is currently recruiting for multiple full-time positions across a range of work scopes and vehicle types:

- 2 x Heavy Combination (HC) Drivers
- 1 x Heavy Rigid (HR) Crane Driver
- 1 x NLR Delivery Driver (C-Class licence minimum, HR desired or willing to upgrade)

What you'll be doing

- Safely operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and collections in accordance with road laws and company procedures
- Deliver goods safely, efficiently and within required timeframes
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Assist with loading and unloading where required
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers and the Operations team regarding schedules, delays and delivery requirements
- Follow allocated routes and schedules to maintain efficient service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and WHS requirements




- Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable vehicle
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our transport operations

What we're looking for

- Current and valid Driver’s Licence appropriate to the position
- Previous experience in transport, logistics or delivery driving
- Experience delivering building and construction materials – highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience securing and restraining loads, with a solid understanding of load restraint requirements and safe transport practices – essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to provide a current Service NSW driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Ability to pass a Fitness to Drive medical and mandatory drug and alcohol testing

- Current White Card
