Your Role: The Heart of the Welcome Experience

As our Concierge, you will be the friendly face and trusted support person who helps bring our community to life.

You’ll spend your days connecting with residents, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them live the lifestyle they choose. What You’ll Be Doing

Create meaningful connections with residents and families, taking the time to understand their preferences, interests, and needs

Support new residents and their families through a smooth, welcoming admission experience

Assist residents with planning their daily routines, appointments, activities, and social engagements

Help coordinate lifestyle experiences that encourage participation, independence, and wellbeing

Provide exceptional customer service that reflects CraigCare’s values and commitment to quality care





Work collaboratively with our care, lifestyle, hospitality, and administration teams to create a vibrant home environment

About You

You are a natural people-person who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

You will have

Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment will be highly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate, and professional approach

Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing needs The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for residents and families

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Quality of Care Principles

Experience supporting people living with dementia is highly desirable The applicant should have full work rights.
