Lendsworth Construction is the building arm of the Group, delivering commercial and residential construction projects across Perth with the backing of a secure, long-term pipeline of work. As Construction Manager, you'll have the support of an established business behind you — consistent project flow, modern systems, and the resources to help you run your sites safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead and manage the site supervisors on each project.

ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced mainstream Construction Manager to join our team, backed by a secure, long-term pipeline of commercial and residential construction projects. This role is responsible for the running of the construction business — ensuring each project is delivered on time,



budget and to specification.

In this role, you will take full control of the overall management and leadership of all aspects of the Construction Business, driving delivery and performance across all construction sites.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have been successful in a similar role with a top tier (tier 1-2-3) Construction Firm, with 5 – 10 years of experience and applicants must be a registered builder.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Create and document business workflows and processes across property development, marketing and sales, and construction

– Implement and manage control systems that replicate business workflows

– Update the comprehensive Business Plan in line with the Group Corporate Plan

– Enhance all processes for property development, marketing, estimating, construction management, and contract administration

– Build leadership and management capability across the project team

REQUIREMENTS

– Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; post-graduate qualifications in commerce or management highly desirable

– Experience as a Construction Manager in a top tier (tier 1-2-3) Construction Firm

– A registered builder

– Proven experience in a Construction Manager role with 5 – 10 years’ experience

– Solid organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to work effectively within a small team with a hands-on approach
