Role Description The Contracts Officer is a full-time position, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction contracts across multiple civil projects, ensuring commercial performance, compliance, and risk mitigation. Working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership, this role drives contract administration excellence, protects company interests, and maximises project profitability.

Qualifications and Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline or experience
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in contract management within civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of standard construction contracts.
- Proven experience managing subcontractor agreements, claims, and variations
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and cost control capability
- Familiarity with procurement processes and project delivery in civil works (roads, earthworks, utilities, drainage, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office suite
