Evallies was founded by Dr Robert Gillies OAM (FRANZCP) and is a multidisciplinary network of clinicians dedicated to professional excellence, with an expanding footprint. Referrals to Evallies are received for 291 assessments, psychotherapy, medical management of depression / anxiety / trauma / addiction / bipolar / trauma / neurodevelopmental conditions, and more. Each psychiatrist accepts or declines their own referrals based on their own private practice offerings, at their full discretion.

The rooms provide full administrative and facility support, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering outstanding care to your future clients. There is a highly renowned group of clinicians who would become your peers, able to collaborate and support where appropriate.

Key Points

- Flexibility: Work as much or as little as you like, fitting your hours around your existing commitments and schedule. Please let us know in your application what your current and/or future expected availability is
- Remuneration: Earn highly competitive rates as a subcontractor operating from our rooms,



with arrangements tailored to your preference. Billings are between $800 and $1300 per hour, depending on the fees you set and model of care - and as the Psychiatrist you retain 70% of your billings, after paying our service fee. This is NOT an employee role
- Telehealth options: Deliver services in-rooms or via telehealth from anywhere in Australia.
- Be based anywhere in Australia using the Evallies telehealth platform, or with the option to be based at one or more of our clinics face to face in Malvern East
- Boutique, architecturally designed and recently renovated physical rooms
- Full time work available with a minimum of 1 day per week required
- We have a long waiting list for psychiatry services. Practitioners can expect a full list of patients on commencement
- Additional training and mentoring opportunities depending on individual interests including research, business, technology, or clinical special interests
- Peer Support: Collaborate with fellow psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members within the Evallies network to promote best practice and clinical excellence
- Caseloads: Accept a general psychiatry caseload, or niche into a key area such as psychotherapy, neurodevelopmental (ASD/ADHD), OCD, anxiety,



sleep psychiatry, trauma focussed, peri-natal, addiction, or child & youth psychiatry, to name just a few interest areas!

Requirements

- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP)
- Current full AHPRA registration as a Specialist Psychiatrist
- Personal medical indemnity insurance, police check and working with children check
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care
- A desire to make a meaningful and lasting impact in mental health
