The Role: A Creator!

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathers TikTok. •⁠ ⁠filming in house content & creative file management

•⁠ ⁠⁠creating content calendars for TikTok

•⁠ ⁠⁠working with our agency on executing social media strategy

•⁠ ⁠⁠stay up to date on trends and pop culture

•⁠ ⁠⁠assisting the creative team where needed

•⁠ ⁠⁠capturing bts of meke shoots and campaigns

•⁠ ⁠⁠filming in house content for our organic and paid social channels

•⁠ ⁠⁠assisting in shoot planning and coordinating with all teams and staff to ensure marketing and content is aligned and running smoothly

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

- Filming & editing
- Being on set during podcast shoot days and creating behind-the-scenes content
- Content Scheduling
- Jumping on ad hoc tasks like spreadsheets, research, or tracking
- Seeding & working with creators

What You Bring:

- Strong organisational skills
- A natural eye for content and TikTok trends
- Ability to manage priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced space
- Experience with social media, copywriting, or creative strategy
- Great communicator, team player, story teller
- Ideally: QUICK TikTok editing skills, Canva or design know-how
- Bonus if you’ve worked with e-commerce or baby brands

2–4 days per week, with room to grow This is ideal for someone looking for a creative, dynamic role that also involves behind-the-scenes operations. You might be studying, freelancing, or in-between things—we’re open to shaping this with the right person.
