About the role

Reporting to the "State Manager", you'll be responsible for growing local trade sales, supporting customers in the showroom, and ensuring the showroom remains a destination where customers enjoy doing business.



Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong customer relationships, increase trade sales, deliver engaging customer activities, and maintain a professional showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

Develop strong relationships with regular trade customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

Follow up with inactive customers and encourage ongoing engagement

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the State Manager

Grow sales from local trade and transactional customers

Promote product specials, new products, and relevant solutions

Identify opportunities to expand customer purchasing across the 4Cabling product range

Re-engage customers who have reduced their purchasing activity

Identify and develop new local contractor and business opportunities
