Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Indooroopilly store. You'll support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey, lead the team two days a week, and drive performance. You'll ensure the appointment book runs smoothly, coach staff, and uphold our values of passionate customer experience.
