Workskil Australia is seeking a Youth Job Coach to provide intensive one-on-one support and group job search sessions for around 50 Transition to Work participants aged 15-24. The role is based at the Cannington site with a nine-day fortnight and salary sacrifice options.
The ideal candidate will have governance-ready assessment, case management, and motivational skills, plus experience in Youth/Employment Services and a Certificate IV in Employment Services or related field.
