uWorkin Mount Isa Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation is seeking a Social Worker to join its multidisciplinary team. You will provide client-centred social work services to individuals, families and communities, within a trauma-informed, culturally secure framework.

The role involves assessment, advocacy, case management and therapeutic interventions, with travel to remote and regional communities across North West Queensland. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
