About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the store with a strong focus on sales, customer experience and team development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being visible on the floor, coaching their team through customer interactions and staying close to the numbers.

You will:

- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Lead from the front and create a strong sales culture
- Coach the team on styling, service and customer engagement
- Build confidence and capability across the wider team
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock flow, replenishment and operational priorities




- Identify opportunities to improve performance across busy trade periods
- Deliver a polished customer experience in a fast-paced outlet environment

What You'll Bring
We are looking for a confident fashion retail leader who understands the balance between great service and strong commercial results.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or a similarly sales-driven retail workplace
- Experience working in a high-volume store
- A proven track record of driving sales and KPI performance
- Strong coaching and people leadership skillsA genuine passion for styling, fashion and customer service
- Confidence working closely with your team on the sales floor
- Strong visual and presentation standards
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive in a busy outlet environment
