PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Tuggerah is seeking a customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to manage incoming patient calls and book imaging procedures. This full time role operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, between 8am and 5:15pm, at the Tuggerah PRP Imaging Contact Centre.

You will guide patients through pre-appointment requirements, accurately handle patient information across multiple systems, process billing, liaise with referrers and the clinical team, and contribute to system
