About the role

Bunge isseeking an enthusiastic and hard-working trade services officer towork within the trade services department of our business. Thisrole will support the department through the administration oftrade and grower contracts, responding to queries, along with othergeneral administration tasks as required.

Duties may include but are not limited to

- Process trade andgrower contracts and complete reconciliations within thesystem
- Process amendmentsto both grower and trade contracts and maintain audit trail ofchanges
- Assisting with thecommunication and administration of grower and tradewashouts
- Processing of tracktransfers
- Assist in correctingticket errors for timely processing of growerpayments.
- Respond to allgrower queries
- Records management,filing and archiving of documents
- Provide generaladministrative support to all other departments asrequired.

- Demonstrated skillsand experience in a similar role
- Excellentinterpersonal, communication and organising skills
- Sound knowledge oftechnology to support business and delivery of role
- Ability to beflexible and work in a dynamic environment
- Ability toprioritise tasks and use knowledge and initiative to problemsolve
