VP/Director – M&A; Advisory – Mid-Market Corporate Advisory Platform – Perth

An established independent corporate advisory platform is seeking to appoint a Vice President or Director to support the continued growth of its Perth-based M&A; advisory business. The team is experiencing strong momentum, with active deal flow and a growing client base, creating the need for a senior execution professional to oversee day-to-day transaction delivery, staff management, and process leadership.

This role offers hands‑on involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, including financial analysis, valuation, deal execution, client management, and mentoring junior staff.



Working closely with a highly commercial and origination‑focused senior leader, the successful candidate will play a critical role in building the local advisory offering while leveraging the support of a broader national platform. Exposure spans a diverse range of sectors and transaction types, with a generalist approach to the market.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of relevant experience ideally gained within M&A; advisory, although corporate development, Big 4 corporate finance or professionals who have transitioned from audit or valuations into transaction advisory will be considered. Strong financial modelling, valuation, transaction execution, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Perth-based professionals or those with strong ties to Western Australia seeking a return to the market are particularly encouraged.
