This Gold Coast builder/developer is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its pipeline of major multi-residential developments.

Your first project is a $150M mixed-use development in Broadbeach. You’ll be the senior commercial lead on the project, managing the CA/contracts team and taking ownership of procurement, contracts, forecasting, risk and overall commercial performance.
