We’re a young, ambitious team looking for a videographer and creative to join us 2–3 days a week.
The work is filming and editing, but the part we care most about is the thinking. You’ll be in the room when we’re talking about what’s happening in the market and your job is to work out how that becomes something people actually want to watch. Some weeks that’s a sit-down educational video. Some weeks it’s getting out with our agents and filming a property. If you see something happening in the market and think, we should film that, we want you to say it.
We’d rather put out two pieces a week that people stop and watch than ten that fill a feed. The content needs to feel smart, natural and premium, never forced or over-produced.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Bringing creative ideas and formats to the team
- Filming properties, people, interviews and behind-the-scenes content
- Getting out of the office regularly to shoot on site
- Editing from raw footage through to final cut
- Creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- B-roll, drone and property visuals
- Occasional interstate travel
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong filming and editing skills
- A portfolio that shows how you see things, not just that you can operate a camera
- A strong understanding of social content and storytelling
- High attention to detail and a high bar for finish
- Confidence directing people on camera
- CASA drone licence
- Someone who is creative, switched on and brings ideas to the table THE DETAILS
2–3 days per week | Double Bay | Freelance or part time
Rate negotiable. We have the editing setup here, though you would bring your own camera and lenses.
