About the Role The Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator is a strategic role responsible for developing and implementing the organisational frameworks necessary for sustainable business growth. This position focuses heavily on driving structural enhancements, optimising operational efficiencies, and leading digital transformation and enterprise systems modernisation across all Corporate departments and Business Units (BUs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new technological solutions and enterprise software to elevate overall business functionality.
- Lead digital modernisation initiatives, including the deployment of centralised data management systems and reporting tools, to enhance organisational productivity.
- Design and oversee the rollout of digital platforms and operational dashboards to streamline cross-departmental collaboration and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the strategic link between business units and technology providers to ensure system upgrades effectively resolve operational constraints.
- Establish robust processes, workflows, and governance models to ensure the organisation can effectively support an expanding project pipeline.
- Lead the coordination and alignment of comprehensive management strategies across all business units and corporate functions.
- Analyse and map current business workflows to identify operational bottlenecks and areas of friction.
- Redesign and streamline processes to reduce manual effort, eliminate redundancies, and facilitate highly scalable operations.
- Facilitate the successful integration of new processes and digital systems into daily operations.
- Design and deliver structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives to ensure high adoption rates across all levels of the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organisational Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience directly related to continuous improvement and organisational strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading process optimisation initiatives, mapping business workflows, and managing the people-side of organisational change.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and successfully rolling out new enterprise systems or digital platforms across multiple departments.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
