You’re a contracts administrator who has a few $20million+ projects under your belt, and you now need a change. You know the market is booming, and it’s time to make the leap and test yourself in a more challenging role.

You want that extra responsibility and to become a senior CA or junior PM in the next 12-18 months.

Your current skills and hard work aren’t being appreciated or acknowledged, and you feel like you’ve reached a dead end.

You’ll learn more skills under the guidance of other experienced CAs and PMs, and if there is something you don’t know or need to brush up on they’ll get you some paid training.

- You’ve been a CA for 4+ years and have delivered a few new build projects from start to finish in Australia in the $20-$40million range.
- You are confident with procurement and comfortable working across a project from start through to handover.
- You can drive and want a mix of office (St Leonards) and being site-based, ideally.
- You’d like to be promoted into an SCA or junior PM role in the next 12-18 months.
