Role: Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

- Required to perform two-way, influencing so that client understands Genpact capability and constraints and Genpact operations team understand client outcomes that will represent success.

- Find new areas of chance for growth in a way that drives value for the client

- Building, running and handling the governance around the customer and Genpact communication enabling better visibility, clarity, and partnership within the relationship.

- Connecting at CxO level in the customer organization; build/maintain relationships that enable higher customer satisfaction (measured via NPS survey) and measurable business impact.

- Responsible for contract execution and profitability





Candidate Skills and Competencies

- Must have a Supply Chain and/or Business operations understanding

- Ability to collaborate, problem solve and find win-win outcomes

- Strong client stakeholder management experience

- Good oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English

- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)

- Ability to operate in a complex structure, build networks and relationships that help to get things done

- Experience and cultural resourcefulness to work across countries and succeed in a global organization

Qualifications and Experience

- Required qualifications and Experience

- MBA or Graduate in a relevant field

- Proven experience of managing clients and senior relationships

- Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding

Additional Beneficial qualifications and experience

- Experience working in/for Client industries/clients

- Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm

- Program Management experience
