About the role…

Based in our Osborne Park office, your focus will be ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. You're key priorities will include:

- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
- Consulting and providing solutions to keep customers enjoying clean, healthy water.
- Processing payments accurately and securely and maintaining a high level of care.
- Working closely with the inventory team to coordinate timely filter deliveries.
- Keeping customer information accurate and up to date across all systems, including HubSpot, our CRM.

- Are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn current systems (no need to be a CRM expert)!
