About the role

As a part-time Customer Experience Team Member at Northmead Sports Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our hospitality venue. This role offers flexible work arrangements, with the opportunity to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing

- Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests
- Assisting with bar operations, handling cash and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring all club areas are well-presented and maintained to our high standards
- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and workplace health and safety regulations
- Helping with other ad-hoc duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the club

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service




- Knowledge of liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements
- Adaptable and adaptable approach to working a variety of shifts
- Must have RSA/RCG
