Senior Real Estate Private Credit Origination Lead Capstone Recruitment Sydney, NSW, AU

Job Description

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a senior business developer to originate real estate private credit opportunities in the Australian market. Based in Sydney, you will build high‑level relationships with developers, borrowers, brokers and advisers to drive deal flow.

You will lead transactions from initial conversations through to execution, collaborating with investment and credit teams to structure commercially attractive deals and represent the business in the Sydney market.
