OneBridge is a small, social enterprise nurse led health service, working with people experiencing homelessness as well as providing care for Support at Home programs. Your role is to lead OneBridge's day-to-day operations and translate its strategy into safe, reliable and financially sustainable services. The COO provides executive leadership across people, service delivery, systems and performance, supporting OneBridge's nurse-led model and commitment to health equity for people experiencing homelessness, poverty and barriers to care.

Key responsibilities

Lead operational planning and delivery across OneBridge's services, ensuring appropriate staffing, resources and continuity

Lead and support teams, setting clear expectations and strengthening capability, accountability and workplace culture

Manage operational budgets, resources and contract delivery in collaboration with the CFO and relevant leads

Ensure quality, safety and risk requirements are implemented, working closely with clinical and governance leaders

Oversee organisational systems,



performance reporting and improvement informed by service data and participant feedback

Lead implementation of approved service growth and maintain effective operational relationships with partners and funders

Provide clear advice to the Managing Director, exercise delegated authority and elevate significant risks or decisions outside delegation

About you

Demonstrated senior operational leadership

Robust people management and financial judgement

Effective planning, communication and problem-solving

Ability to turn strategy into results

Commitment to equitable, culturally safe care and OneBridge's social purpose

Health systems knowledge or experience, including a nursing, medical or health-service management background (desirable)

Experience in community services, primary health care or social enterprise (desirable)
