The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of strategically significant transformation and integration initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Working across large-scale business and technology programs, you will play a key role in translating strategic priorities into clear delivery outcomes, driving execution across multiple teams, stakeholders and workstreams.

Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you'll provide the leadership needed to navigate complexity, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum. While delivery leadership is at the core of the role, you'll also bring a strong product mindset, helping shape priorities,



balance competing demands and ensure the work being delivered creates meaningful value for customers and the business.

How will you make an impact?

Lead the delivery of complex transformation, integration and business change initiatives from planning through to implementation.

Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery roadmaps, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Drive alignment and collaboration across business, technology and operational stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities across multiple teams and workstreams.

Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, trade-offs and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

Influence and coordinate stakeholders across complex environments to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams, strengthening delivery practices and enhancing execution capability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following.

Significant experience delivering complex business, technology, transformation or integration initiatives within large-scale organisations.

Proven ability to lead delivery in ambiguous, fast-paced and stakeholder-rich environments.





Strong experience translating strategic objectives into executable plans and successful business outcomes.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Demonstrated success managing complex risks, dependencies and cross-functional delivery challenges.

Experience operating within regulated or governance-intensive environments.

A strong delivery mindset, combined with commercial acumen and the ability to balance value, risk, cost and customer outcomes.
