Senior Litigator - Special Counsel / Partner

A well‑established, national commercial firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigator (Special Counsel or Partner level) to join a busy, varied litigation practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a full file load from day one. You will be backed by a strong client base, capable juniors, and a strong leadership team.

Depending on your experience, and your chosen focus, you will lead a broad mix of commercial disputes, including:

- complex contractual and commercial matters
- shareholder, partnership and director disputes
- property and leasing litigation
- building & construction disputes
- insolvency‑related litigation

The role offers you genuine influence within the practice, and the ability to shape the litigation team as it continues to grow.

You will;

- Run a full litigation file load
- Strong junior support and capable lawyers to help drive matters




- Direct access to clients and decision‑makers

About You

- 10+ years PAE in commercial litigation
- Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills
- Confidence managing complex matters independently
- Experience supervising juniors and contributing to practice development
- A commercial mindset and excellent client‑relationship skills
- Desire to step into a senior leadership role with influence
