selectability is seeking a Youth Mentor for the BikeShed Program in Burdekin, QLD. The role focuses on mentoring at-risk youth, facilitating bike repair and life-skills workshops, and supporting education and employment readiness.

You will work with First Nations Elders for cultural connection sessions, guide youths toward positive choices, and help them engage with community initiatives. This casual position runs until March 2027 with adaptable arrangements.
