We’re currently looking for friendly and energetic Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Top Juice East Village, an established and busy store with a great team culture.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:

- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
- Take and prepare orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Share product knowledge and promote healthy choices




- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

- A positive and approachable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a quick-paced environment
- Interest in health, food, and wellness
- Flexibility with shifts
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Food Handling or Food Supervisor Certificate is not mandatory, but highly regarded
