Our core business facilitates manufacturing, sales, service, rental, spare parts, and tooling requirements for pressure cleaners and water blasters for various industries both in Australia and Internationally.

About the role

Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery of product and service responsible for assisting in operational support of our existing and new client networks.

This position is purely business to business with responsibility for counter, phone, and email customer service as well as supporting the procurement and warehouse team when required.

The successful candidate must possess sound interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and have the ability to work autonomously with a ‘can do’ attitude while being team focused.

Full training provided in our products and processes.

Strong computer skills are necessary.

You will be a great communicator with prior experience in customer service. (Direct industry exposure is not a pre-requisite if you can demonstrate high level service-based B2B customer service/operational experience).

What You’ll Be Doing

- Identify, source, sell parts to customers and assist internal technicians.
- Ensure efficient receival, and dispatch of parts.
- Prepare invoices as required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Participate in annual stocktakes and assist with customer/supplier returns.
- Contribute to continuous process enhancements.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
