About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Customer Service Officer to join our SANECTOR team in Jindong ( Margaret River). You’ll be part of a well-established, supportive team responsible for managing procurement of dry goods for bottling orders across both local and international customers.

In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Process customer orders, provide tracking updates, and resolve issues promptly
- Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement of dry goods while maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Collaborate closely with sales,
warehouse, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes for recent business opportunities
What we're looking for
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
