About the role This is a secure, full-time Monday to Friday position, ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and being part of a hands-on team.

Working across both the trade counter and warehouse, you'll assist customers, process orders, manage stock and develop your knowledge of the HVAC&R; industry.

No industry experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Build robust relationships with customers
- Process, pick,



pack and dispatch orders
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Load and unload deliveries
- Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
- Maintain a safe and organised workplace

About you You'll be someone who enjoys helping customers and getting involved wherever needed.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Customer service, retail, warehouse or trade experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on approach and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
