ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a permanent full time role based in Leichhardt and working as an integral member of our Customer Service team, your responsibilities will include providing customer support via telephone and email, processing customer orders, proactive customer contact and liaising with courier companies and other internal departments. Our Customer Service Department is a hub of information and therefore a great setting to find your bearings and learn about every part of the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.



The role requires a 'can-do' approach and the ability to work well within a small team. This role would benefit from someone who has experience in Community Pharmacy looking to make a career change while still working in the healthcare industry.

This is a great opportunity to transfer your skills into an office environment. Please note industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
