About the role

Envirosmart is seeking an experienced Logistics and Freight coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day freight operations. Working closely with the Sales team, logistics, warehouse operations, and offshore virtual assistants, the role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Operating in a fast-paced, system-driven environment, this position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through to support consistent customer and delivery outcomes.

The role is critical in coordinating freight, managing customer expectations, and supporting smooth order flow from order placement through to dispatch and delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Booking and managing outbound freight in line with customer requirements and internal processes
- Managing freight movements between warehouses
- Coordinating closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to support timely dispatch
- Coordinating international containers and inbound freight
- Proactively managing delays or exceptions
- Maintaining accurate freight records and systems data across orders and logistics activities
- Working with offshore virtual assistants to ensure consistency and accuracy of order and freight processing
- Improving processes to make logistics operations more efficient
- Assisting with general customer service administration as required

About you





- Previous experience in a customer service role within logistics, transport, sales support, or supply chain environments
- Proven experience with freight bookings, delivery coordination, or order fulfilment
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Confidence working with order management or business systems and Microsoft Office
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Right to work in Australia
