- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality and the stakeholder experience.

- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders across all business units.
- Genuine interest in insurance and financial services.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlines.
- A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to identify when an issue should be escalated.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools and technical skills.

Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and previous experience within insurance, broking or financial services, are highly regarded.

Who You Are

You are logical, curious and motivated to deliver reporting that stakeholders can trust and rely on. You take pride in accurate, well-documented work and enjoy contributing to a positive, empowered team culture. You welcome feedback, thrive on continuous learning and bring initiative and a proactive mindset to your work.

We invest in our people just as much as we ask them to invest in us, including:

- Paid parental leave to support you through life's big moments
