Debt & Capital Markets Project Lead (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Debt & Capital Markets qualified to support a major financing workstream within a large and complex organisation.

Working closely with the finance leadership team, you will help deliver a mini debt refinancing and support the launch of a formal corporate credit rating process.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Refinancing (Primary Focus)

- Manage the end-to-end refinancing process
- Coordinate engagement with ~25 banking counterparties
- Support debt structuring and tranche analysis
- Work with external legal counsel to update facility documentation
- Prepare board and shareholder materials

Credit Rating Process (Secondary Focus)
- Support advisor and rating agency engagement
- Coordinate preparation of financial materials and management presentations




- Manage timelines and rating agency Q&A;

Ideal Background

- Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance, project finance, or treasury
- Background in investment banking, infrastructure finance, advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance
- Strong stakeholder management across banks, advisors, and investors
- Proven ability to manage complex financing transactions

This is a hands-on project role working within a high-performing finance team on a strategic financing initiative.
