Our Driver Development Pathway gives experienced drivers the opportunity to gain their MR licence and progress into a career as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver with Moco. You don't need a truck licence to apply. You bring the driving experience and the right attitude, and we'll invest in your development.

About the Role

You'll join Moco in a full-time permanent position and work towards becoming a qualified MR Multi Drop Delivery Driver.

As part of the pathway:

· Moco funds your MR driver training.

· We provide the truck for your practical driving test.

· You'll be paid the full EBA rate of $34.61 per hour from day one.

· Once qualified, you'll progress into our Multi Drop Delivery Driver role.

· You'll work from our brand-recent Wacol facility, delivering to customers across South East Queensland.

About You

We're looking for people who want to build a long-term driving career, not just their next job.

You'll need

· A current Australian driver's licence held for at least 12 months.

· Experience driving a Pantech, courier van, delivery vehicle or similar.

· A safe and excellent driving record.





· A strong safety mindset and great attitude.

· To be medically fit to meet commercial heavy-vehicle driving requirements.

· To be reliable, hardworking and comfortable in a physical delivery role.
