Client is a specialist construction consultancy offering variety of end-to-end qualified construction services across project management and quantity surveying. As result of continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Client-Side Project Manager
Your new role
The role is a traditional client-side role Working as part of a small, high quality and high performing team.
The company works with mix of private developers and other asset owners including various levels of government, higher education, private schools, etc
Role is end to end, helping asset owners and developers to deliver a variety of construction projects from inception right to completion, however, is worth adding a decent amount of the current workload is working to support clients during the construction phase so majority of the work for the next few months is managing main contractor delivering the jobs and acting as a Supers Rep.
The role is client facing, so requires an effective positive, proactive communication style.
What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for senior resource for the team.It is probably 8 years plus specifically working in client-side role with salary in line. The projects are all built assets, so no civils or energy infrastructure,



therefore the client is looking for someone with experience of managing main contractors through same sort of projects.
Candidates must be from a client-side environment with tertiary qualification in architecture, quantity surveying or construction management.
The client is still boutique, so looking for someone that is engaged, hardworking and passionate about helping grow the business by exceeding clients’ expectations. They need someone with a practical and common-sense mindset. Able to find a solution to complicated problems and with a willingness to get stuck in with tasks that might be outside comfort zone if required to help the other teams' members as required.
