Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking an experienced Change Lead to guide change management, communications and stakeholder engagement for major reform programs in the Project Delivery Command. This temporary Brisbane CBD‑based role focuses on delivering lasting transformation across the organisation.

You will partner with project teams and leaders to embed change into operations, provide strategic advice on progress and risks, and help build a culture of evidence‑based decision making
