Site Manager – Metro Perth$5M – $50M Fitout & Refurbishment Projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly regarded national commercial builder delivering a diverse range of projects across Metro Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and working with quality subcontractors to deliver projects to a high standard.

The Opportunity

You could be working on a $5M office fit-out one day and a $50M full-scale tower refurbishment the next . The variety of projects will keep things engaging, while the company's strong project delivery structure means you will have the support, systems and resources you need to succeed on site .

Your role will include:

- Taking ownership of site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely,



on time and to a high standard
- Managing day-to-day site activities and construction sequencing
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Leading your site team and keeping the project moving
