About the Role

As our new Senior Associate you will:

- Lead and grow the firm’s Business Advisory service line
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with business owners, industry partners, and local networks




- Provide high-level strategic advisory, tax planning, and commercial insights to clients
- Manage a high-performing accounting & advisory team
- Drive new business opportunities and support firm-wide growth initiatives
- Review complex engagements and ensure high technical & service standards
- Contribute to internal strategy, process improvement, and leadership development

This role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial acumen, and robust relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Bring

- Extensive experience in public practice with a strong advisory focus
- CA/CPA qualification
- Proven ability to deliver high-value business advice and strategic guidance
- Existing referral relationships or strong networking capability
- Leadership experience managing senior accountants and advisory teams
- Excellent communication, commercial insight, and client-facing presence
- A growth mindset and commitment to building long-term client relationships
