Our geriatricians, GPs, nurse practitioners and registered nurses deliver more than 20,000 reviews each year- onsite in aged care, retirement living and the community, as well as via telehealth, across every Australian state and territory. The result is measurable improvements in access, quality of care and patient outcomes.

We're looking for someone to lead our clinical service delivery engine end-to-end.

The Service Delivery Manager role is an important leadership role which ensures care is delivered at the right place at the right time. This includes coordination with our specialist doctors,



facilities and GPs while working with patient / carer needs in a compassionate manner.

- Flexible working: work from home 2 days per week (Tues & Thurs) and work from Sydney CBD office 3 days per week (Mon, Wed & Fri).

- Lead our Sydney care coordination team and offshore administration team
- Lead scheduling and clinician utilisation across a clinical workforce
- Own Medicare billing operations and billing integrity
- Build the systems, processes and SOPs that enable quality at scale
- Onboard new clinicians, facilities and programs as we continue to grow

- Experience as a Practice Manager or Service Delivery Manager in a high-performing multi-doctor practice or healthcare organisation
- Successfully onboarded clinicians, improved utilisation and supported business growth
- A passion for systems, continuous improvement and operational excellence
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Payingup to $900 + Super per day.
