We're seeking a Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering business, risk and technology change across this financial services organisation. You'll be the specialist guiding E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.

Working with the Change Lead, this is a fantastic prospect to support and influence strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive change impact assessments and readiness planning.
- Develop and deliver change communication strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
- Provide specialist advice to inform project scope and delivery cadence.
- Support risk management and governance implementation.




- Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
- Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
- Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.

What We're Looking For

- A minimum of 5 years dedicated to E2E projects Change Management, Risk Management, and/or transformation.
- Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and governance principles
- Ideally a APMG Practitioner or Prosci Certification
- Financial Services or relevent industry experience
- Attributes: curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic but maturing environments.
