JBS Australia is seeking a Harvest Manager to lead the Kill Floor on night shift at the Dinmore plant near Ipswich, Queensland. You will drive safety, quality and production targets while managing a large operational team.

Reporting to the plant leadership, you will develop frontline leaders, coordinate with maintenance, QA and planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This is a permanent, full time leadership role with relocation support and ongoing training.
