Odyssey Victoria is seeking a senior leader to guide community-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services across partnerships, reporting to the CEO/COO and leading a team of about 100 staff. This executive role blends people and business acumen to influence policy, program development and consortium initiatives.

You will oversee clinical performance, identify opportunities for growth, and build capacity in program managers while driving outcomes that reduce harm and strengthen community
