Project Manager - Remedial

Sydney | $160k - $190k + Super

Core Talent is partnering with a well-established remedial contractor with a strong reputation across the Sydney market. With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing remedial projects from tender through to completion, taking ownership of programmes, budgets, subcontractor management and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage remedial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets and cost control.




- Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance across all stages of the project.

About You

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Previous remedial construction experience is highly desirable.
- Solid technical understanding of building and construction methodologies.
- Confident managing project budgets, variations and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
