The Role

We are seeking experienced Dental Assistants to join our growing team. This role is best suited to applicants who are confident working in a busy clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Chairside assistance to dentists, OHTs, and hygienists
- Instrument sterilisation and adherence to infection control protocols
- Managing lab work pick-ups and drop-offs
- Assisting with impressions and fabrication of bleaching trays/splints (training provided if required)
- Preparing and stocking surgeries at the start of each day
- End-of-day waste management




- Cleaning and maintaining surgeries as per roster
- Occasional phone handling and basic software use (EXACT or Oasis preferred, not essential)

About You

This role is not suitable for entry-level or trainee applicants. You will ideally have:

- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred) or willingness to complete
- Strong understanding of infection control standards
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR
- COVID vaccination completed or willingness to complete prior to commencement
